Please note these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services provided by Live Inspired, LLC, a registered company in Nampa, Idaho, USA
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your purchase and use of Products and Services mean you have read and understood the terms of this agreement. If you disagree, please refrain from using our products and services.
Live Inspired, LLC (TRA) offers a variety of services including, but not limited to:
To purchase our products or services, users may need to provide certain information, such as billing information, name, and email. We will only ask for the necessary information required to complete a transaction.
Payment details are required at the point of purchase. Payment must be made in full and upfront, except when an installment payment plan is selected. By choosing an installment payment plan, users enter into a contractual obligation to pay the agreed amount in full within the duration of the plan. If a payment fails, we will retry the payment three times. If the payment fails on the third attempt, access to course materials and the community will be suspended until the payment is complete. We reserve the right to pursue legal recourse for the recovery of any outstanding amounts.
Due to the immediate access to intellectual property within our digital products, refunds are not provided after purchase.
All content, including written material, video content, and other media, is copyrighted and belongs solely to Live Inspired, LLC unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
