These characteristics often indicate that the person feels unheard, censored, or stifled. This is especially common in women over 40, although men are not exempt. Such signs can reveal a struggle with expressing one's true thoughts and feelings.

A Personal Life-Saving Story

In our workshops, Christina often share a personal story about her daughter, who’s life was quite possibly saved because of toe reading. By observing changes in her second toe, Christina was able to open a conversation with her by asking questions based on her second toe. She learned her daughter was being severely bullied at school; everything looked great on the outside, but inside she was entertaining ideas of self harm and intense self doubt and loathing.
